Cups of Tea 1644 - 1659

Hello Hello, you wonderful people! Today marks the official return of Teasign! Hazaa! After a week of moving out, I'm holed up again, back at the dinning table at Boyle Family HQ... it's a very strange experience if I'm honest... There's no date of moving out set just yet, though with one or two interviews and New Designers next week, hopefully it won't be too far off! Some good news on Thursday too! I got a First in my degree, which is pretty spiffing!

Until then, personal projects have resumed! Though saying that, I will be taking on some light freelance work if it arises (I can't really commit to anything full time until after ND, as I have no idea what my workload will be after this week if things go well). But for the main part, I will be designing for an upcoming project with my looovely girlfriend, Ms. Gemma Anderson and some fellow conspirators!

Also, I'll be returning to some stencil / paste up work while I'm back in the Port of Talbot... until then, enjoy what's been inspiring me for the past few hours! The amazing work of Ben Newman, these masks are truly incredible!

Cups of Tea 1459 - 1643

Crikey Moses! It's been awhile folks! My apologies for leaving you all without updates. It's been a long and stressful week since the old hand in! It was hand in, then exhibition, then my first stand up gig, then relax with some LA Noire / write comedy for a week or two, between freelance work. Then, had some bad news, which caused me to sit down and play games for a week (completed Assassin's Creed / Batman Arkymn Asylum / Mass Effect 2 (and the dlc...) that week). Last week mainly consisted of writing job applications 24/7. That leads me to this Monday, the 20th of June, 2011. Just over a month later! Due Due, a long month indeed!

So here's a picture of my exhibition space for those who didn't get a chance to see it! Some of my Wes Anderson Posters at A3, My Infographic and then my packaging projects, Tea packets, Cauldron boxes and SModcast Vinyls. Cheers to Laura for the image!

I'm moving out this week, but will be resuming full freelance duties as of next week. So to the man who needs a flyer for his car boot sale, or the lady who needs a web site for her cake bakery, feel free to hit me up :) Incidentally, anyone after a look at my stand up, pop me an email at hello@teasigner.com and I'll hook you up with the link! Twoddle will also be resumed from next week! Horray! I finally get to do my podcast again. It's going to be a little less jaded, possibly a little more funny than it's original incarnation. We'll have to see! If anyone's got a topic they'd like me to cover, leave a comment and I'll share my view on it maybe!

As i've got no design work to show today, I've gotta link the amazing work of a fantastic illustrator! Designed by the very talented Rosemary Travale, I got this awesome T-shirt from Threadless (as much as I love drooling over the design on the site, I've never bought a T-shirt until this one...), it just went on sale today, so get it while it's fresh!

You can also get the awesome wallpaper version HERE. I've got the white on pale cyan one. NOM.

Until tomorrow people :)
